You should always receive a confirmation email after you place an order. Check your spam folder, and if you still can’t find it, please send an email to hello@twiceaznew.com.

The shipping fees vary based on the size of the item and the shipping method offered by the seller. You can always opt for the pick up option if available.

 

To be able to place an order, you need to either register or provide all the required information at checkout like name, phone number, email and full address.

 

You can return the item(s) only if you immediately reject the order and return the item(s) during delivery or pick up.

Once we receive the verification code from the buyer after delivery or pick up, the sale will be considered as final.

 

 

In that case, you have every right to return the item and get a refund. Please keep in mind that in this case you should refrain from accepting the order during delivery or pick up and you should immediately send us an email.
